July 27, 2005--Proactive Network Management Corporation, a Salt Lake City-based network consulting firm with offices in Phoenix and Denver, today announced an agreement with BEA Systems (Nasdaq:BEAS) to resell the BEA WebLogic Enterprise Platform(TM), which includes the BEA WebLogic Server(TM), BEA WebLogic Integration(TM), BEA WebLogic Portal(TM), and BEA WebLogic Workshop(TM).


Proactive's system development and implementation expertise, as well as its established network in the Western United States, complements the existing BEA sales channel.
