At the Spring 2006 VON Conference & Expo Communications Policy Summit, John Sumpter, vice president of Regulatory at Pac-West Telecomm Inc. California Association of Competitive Telecommunications Companies
(CALTEL) and the California Alliance for Consumer Education
(CACE) and as a Board Member for COMPTEL.
