Phoenix Zoo Chooses Gateway Ticketing Systems' Comprehensive Revenue Management and Admission Control Solution

BOYERTOWN, Pa. Sept. 26, 2005--Gateway Ticketing Systems recently welcomed the Phoenix Zoo to a growing list of new customers to declare Galaxy(TM) 3 as their revenue management and admission control system.


Howard Bayha, Manager of Information Technology at the Phoenix Zoo, stated, "Our research process was very extensive and included many in-person visits, conference calls and Web demos." The Phoenix Zoo's installation of Galaxy 3 will occur in three phases, initially deploying Galaxy 3 Ticketing Point of Sale and Admission Control. Phases two and three will include enhanced options such as Galaxy 3 Retail and Food Services, eGalaxy Webstore and Galaxy 3 Resource Management.
